《红衣女郎(The Woman in Red)》的法国原版。 精巧的结构，真实的表演，冷静的视角。后来被好莱坞改编成《红衣女郎》，之后又被国内改编成《情圣》。《大象骗人》是完全现实主义的表演，剧情也完全写实，没有任何夸张的地方。美版《红衣女郎》在原版上加入了一些喜剧化的夸张表演但戏是一模一样的，甚至几乎每一场都一样，不过某些地方为了夸张而牺牲了人物逻辑。而《情圣》是更多脸谱化的表演和更多戏剧化的情节。三个可以对比着看，哪个版本更精彩搞笑，见仁见智，很有意思。
